There is more than 60.000 guests every year, at the world-renowned Fusion Festival. The event is made possible by 3.000 volunteer helpers.
Our software allows for a high level of flexibility
in managing and planning of all the shifts and money transfers.
Subbotnik handles the applications, choices of preferred fields of work and approvals. It automatises data-handling and mass-mail communication. Tickets, shift-plans and routes of worklocations are generated, while changes are always possible until the last moment.
Also, the software works out the check-in process and money transfers. Using a special shift-market, the supporters can interactively exchange there work-shifts without causing any breakdowns.
